Customer Care Specialist
We are looking for an outgoing representative who can multi-task, learn quickly, and deliver excellent customer service. Basic responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls and getting customer details; scheduling sales and service appointments; providing friendly and knowledgeable support for internal and external groups; enter and update information into a company database; work to improve systems and processes; coordinate projects and goals with team members; be knowledgeable on company’s products and services.
Our field specialists will provide exceptional customer service in one or more of the following areas: general pest control, termite control, moisture control, wildlife control, and bed bug control. Our field specialists are detectives and problem solvers; while always being attentive to customer concerns, field specialists will formulate proper treatments and solutions. Certain field positions will have increased income opportunities based on productivity and sales. Preferred experience with working routes, service stops, excellent customer communication and the ability to navigate technology with a tablet and software programs. (Training is typically required)
We are looking for a new team member to develop and maintain customer relationships, generate new leads, and maximize sales with high profitability. This team member should be able to work synergistically with both office and field staff as well as our marketing department. Some responsibilities will be analyzing available territory and markets, develop proposals, make phone calls, book appointments, and prepare presentations and quotes for customers with related services.
