PMi’s Customer Commitment

Our pest control and mosquito treatments can be done effectively without the need to enter your home or business and entry is usually only required in certain cases. Our team has also been trained to take extra precautions if the need to enter the premises arises.

With COVID-19 on the rise and the growing concerns of contact with others, we would like to remind you that virus prevention techniques are part of our standard company-wide practices which include:

1. A zero-tolerance sick policy that prevents anyone showing any symptoms from being allowed to interact with any other employees/come into the office.

2. Proper use of personal protective equipment including using gloves, shoe covers and face masks.

3. For the time being we have instituted a no-touch policy which includes not shaking hands.

4. Our staff has been trained in safe distances when conversing.

5. All our company vehicles are equipped with hand-sanitizer and soap.
