At PMi, our people are what truly sets us apart. Over the years, we have cultivated a close knit community of employees that make it a pleasure to come to work. For 19 years, Frances Sells has been the anchor of our Greensboro office. She acted as office mom and, as the first and last person visitors would see, she was the face of the company. While we hate to see her go, everyone at PMi wants to wish her a happy retirement and she moves on to a new phase.
It would be hard to overstate the contributions that Frances has made to the company and the impact she has made on so many people at PMi. Not only is she one of the kindest and most personable people, she also set a high standard with her strong work ethic and excellent customer service. She has been an invaluable asset to PMi in so many ways.
Now that she is entering retirement, Frances has some big plans: “I am looking forward to spending some good times with my husband and while I won’t be getting on many airplanes we will be doing some traveling, including many day trips I am looking forward to,” she said. She also included, “I will be focusing a good amount of time on my craft of making jewelry and collecting gemstones while learning as much as I can as I go.”
We will all have to get used to life at PMi without Frances, but we couldn’t be happier for her. Everyone wishes her a happy retirement and we want her to know that she will be missed. We will continue to follow her example by always acting in kindness, taking pride in our work and supporting those around us.
